Beginner Yoga: is our entry-level class. Each pose is held for approximately 3-5 breaths, allowing time to adjust your alignment and posture. All of our instructors are trained to offer modifications for students working with injuries or other limitations. Don't think you aren't strong enough or flexible enough for yoga - yoga is how you GET strong and flexible!

Sacred Hatha Yoga: Is an invitation to experience yoga as a holistic practice for body, mind, emotion, and spirit. The components chosen for every class are: Intention, Emotion, Affirmations, Mudras, Meditation, Sacred Literature, Mantras and Asanas.

Yin Yoga / Restorative: Poses are held for a much longer time – forsaking muscle in order to access the connective tissue that becomes brittle as we age. After a Yin class, you will leave feeling like you’ve had a deep tissue massage, in a totally Zen state of mind!

Classic Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga strengthens the body and helps us to train our mind and senses to open to higher states of consciousness. It also supports other spiritual practices like meditation, devotion (bhakti yoga), selfless service (karma yoga), and contemplation (gnana yoga). This practice is strong but balanced, and suitable to all levels from beginner to advanced.

(Classes in black type are appropriate for all-levels. Beginners are welcome but encouraged to honor their level and utilize props or simply watch and learn during postures that are too advanced)
